Karlie Davis is an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II at Honeywell, specializing in process development and product optimization. Previously, Karlie contributed as a Product and Process Developer at Schreiner Group, where they led material selection and designed innovative pharmaceutical packaging solutions. Karlie's experience includes serving as a Laboratory Research Assistant at the UW Molecular Engineering & Sciences Institute and interning as an R&D Process Development Engineer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Karlie was also an active member of Sigma Kappa Sorority during their academic journey at the University of Washington, where they are currently pursuing further education.
