Joel Ferris is currently the Senior Manager of Digital IT Strategy - GenAI at Honeywell, where they drive the corporate GenAI strategy focused on value realization and innovation across various business functions. With a history that includes roles as a Co-Founder and CEO of Prisms.ai and experience as a Data Analyst at Honeywell, they have developed a diverse skill set in strategy and business development. Prior to their current position, Joel served as the International Ambassador Program Manager for the Boy Scouts of America and worked extensively in various analytical and managerial roles. They also have a background in advanced Mandarin Chinese from Sichuan University.
