Aakash Shah is the Senior Director of Finance at Honeywell, where they support senior leaders with strategic financial initiatives and manage a team of analysts. They co-founded Eight Fahrenheit Ice Cream, significantly growing its annual sales and expanding its footprint across the United States. Additionally, Aakash co-founded Fox & Bear Creamery, leading product development and vendor negotiations. Previously, they served as a Finance Business Partner at Equifax, overseeing global cloud spend management and driving strategic initiatives. Aakash is also pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at Queen's University, where they maintain a top academic standing.
