Yasmin Owen is a Multi Site General Manager at Homes for Students in Bangor, North Wales, where they oversee the operations and customer service for three student accommodation properties. Since joining Homes for Students in September 2021 as a Customer Service Advisor, Yasmin has advanced through roles including Assistant Property Manager. They are dedicated to improving service quality and managing a team to create a supportive environment for students from diverse backgrounds. Prior to this, Yasmin gained experience in customer service at Superdrug and served as an Assistant Customer Service Manager at Corbett Sports Bookmakers.
