Jamie Romero serves as the Vice President of Internal Operations at Homeland Safety Systems since February 2013, also holding the position of Director of Operations. This low voltage security company focuses on the manufacture, installation, and maintenance of surveillance equipment for various institutions, including schools, prisons, and courthouses. Prior to this role, Jamie Romero worked at Windstream from February 2000 to April 2013 as a Network Technician and Network Manager, overseeing switch and network operations across Louisiana and supervising Lucent 5e switch locations in nine states. Earlier experience includes serving as an Offshore Communications Technician for both GTE and Datacom, facilitating communication needs for Chevron on offshore platforms and rigs. Jamie Romero's career began in the United States Marine Corps as a Signals Intelligence Operator/Analyst from July 1992 to July 1996.
