Michael Carenzo is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Hologic, a position they have held since 2010. They previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Hologic from 2007 to 2010 and held the role of General Counsel at AmBase Corporation from 1994 to 2001. In addition to their legal practice, Carenzo has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at Babson College from 2009 to 2020. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Communications, graduating Cum Laude from Babson College, followed by a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston.
