Joanna Sanders is a Sr. R&D Program Manager at Hologic, Inc. since 2024. They previously served as Director of Program Management at Meddux Development Corporation from 2021 to 2024 and held project management roles at Roccor, LLC from 2017 to 2019 and Syncroness from 2014 to 2017. Prior to these positions, they worked as an Engineer/Project Manager at Covidien from 2005 to 2012 and began their career as an Engineer at Boeing from 1997 to 2005. Joanna earned a Master of Science in Medical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2004 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1997.
