Arnauld Haemers has significant experience in the industrial sector, focusing on operations and maintenance. They began their career as a Quality Process Engineer at TEXSA from 1994 to 1997, and later held roles in maintenance and methodologies at Lafarge Aluminates from 1999 to 2004. Following this, they served as Plant Maintenance Manager at Lafarge Venezuela until 2008 and then as Industrial Performance Manager at Cementia Trading AG until 2015. Currently, Arnauld is the Director of Operations at Lafarge Granulats France, having taken on this role in 2024, and holds the position of Operational Manager and Technical Director at LafargeHolcim since 2015. They also continue their education at Arts et Métiers ParisTech and completed a Baccalauréat at lycée Baggio in Lille.
