Amy Rivas has extensive experience in administrative and human resources leadership within park districts, currently serving as the Director of Administrative Services at Hoffman Estates Park District since February 2025. Prior to this role, Amy held the same position at Wheeling Park District from December 2009 to February 2025 and served as the Director of Human Resources at Wheaton Park District from August 1999 to December 2009. Amy is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Eastern Illinois University, which has been ongoing since 1998.
