Olivia Howard has extensive experience in project management and engineering, with a career at HPM beginning in May 2016, where roles included Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Engineer, along with initial experience as a Cooperative Education Student. Prior to this, Olivia engaged in a Cooperative Education Student position at Hoar Program Management from August 2015 to December 2015. Olivia earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, completing the program between 2013 and 2018.
