Denish Sonani currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at HPM, where responsibilities include overseeing significant bond program management projects, such as the Manor ISD 2019 Bond Program and the Round Rock ISD 2018 Bond Program. As the Founder of iGeek and an Investor & Advisor for Optimized Building Intelligence, Sonani integrates entrepreneurial leadership with investment strategy. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at Thakkar Developers, where contributions led to a $350M+ Master Plan, and Project Engineer at Teixeira Duarte, focusing on extensive high-rise developments.
