Steven C. Flormann, P.E., CFM, is an Associate Vice President and Department Manager focused on cultivating a skilled team of engineers, planners, and scientists dedicated to public infrastructure projects across the United States. With a robust background in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, Steven has experience in hydrologic and hydraulic tasks, including floodplain analysis and stormwater management design. They served as an adjunct instructor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and have held various engineering roles since starting their career in 2004. Steven holds multiple licenses as a Professional Engineer and is a certified Floodplain Manager.
