Casey Cooper-Fenske is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and consulting industries. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Kintsugi Sushi Bar and Satori Ramen Bar since 2018, along with a role as Smart Mobility Consultant at HNTB, Casey has built a strong entrepreneurial portfolio. Prior experience includes positions such as Independent Consultant, Sales Operations at NTT DOCOMO USA, and Global Accounts & Hybrid Vehicle Specialist at Hino Motors.
