Jennie Ellison, M.Ed., is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in learning and talent development, leadership development, and succession planning. They have held various roles, including Senior Manager of Global Learning, Development & Succession at HKA and Leadership Development Specialist at NFI, where they designed and delivered impactful training programs. Currently, Jennie teaches Effective Communication, Coaching, and Managing Change as an adjunct instructor at Drexel University. They also contribute to The Storyteller Magazine as a writer and are pursuing a Master of Education at Kent State University.
