Charles Parekh is a Partner at HKA, specializing as a testifying expert in commercial damages and class actions, where they utilize economic and statistical analysis to calculate damages. Previously, they served as a Managing Director at NERA Economic Consulting and held various roles at Kroll, including Managing Director and Director. Charles began their career as an Economist at RCF Economic & Financial Consulting and Lexecon, and they advanced to Associate Director at Navigant Economics. They hold a Ph.D. in Public Finance from New York University, as well as a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.
