Paul Clavering is an accomplished change management professional with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation across various sectors. As the owner and Change Leader of Just Enough Change since October 2018, Paul has facilitated meaningful change initiatives by enhancing team capabilities and clarity. Concurrently, as Change Lead at Smurfit WestRock, Paul has been integral to two major global transformation programs focusing on IT operations. Previous roles include Change Lead at the UK Home Office, where Paul managed the Optimus program's change activities, and expert practitioner/engagement lead at HiveMind Network. With a solid foundation in change management from the Change Management Institute UK, as well as diverse contracts with organizations such as Ofsted and Hitachi Solutions Europe, Paul's expertise continues to shape effective change strategies and engagement practices. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Technology Management from the University of Sunderland.
