Yulia Danilova is an experienced professional in project management governance, quality control, and compliance, currently serving as the Head of PM Governance, Control & Improvement at Hitachi Rail since October 2020. Previous roles included positions as SM Compliance Manager and Service Quality Manager for Scotland. Prior to Hitachi Rail, Yulia spent nearly three years at Baker Hughes as CoPQ Lead for the Subsea Production Systems & Services and Offshore business, where a focus on Cost of Poor Quality reduction and compliance was integral to functions. Additionally, Yulia held leadership roles overseeing Customer Issue Resolution and Quality Management Systems for Subsea Projects at Baker Hughes, as well as a Quality Coordinator position at GE Oil & Gas. Beginning a career as a QHSE Officer at Karakudukmunay JSC, Yulia holds a Master of Science in Environment and Development from The University of Edinburgh.
