Sharen Way, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the transportation sector. Sharen served as Project Manager at Thales Canada from June 2013 to October 2015, managing high-profile projects such as Walt Disney World and the Al Mashaaer Al Mugaddassah Metro. Before this, Sharen was an Assistant Project Manager, supporting projects including the Singapore NSEW Line. Sharen's career also includes roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for UK Projects at Hitachi Rail, and Project Manager for the JNSU Portfolio at Thales Canada from November 2015 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as Contracts/Project Administrator at Alcatel Canada.
