Guillaume Dagort is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware design and management. Currently serving as the Head of Hardware Design Department at Hitachi Rail since October 2025, Guillaume leads a multidisciplinary team in developing innovative ticketing and payment solutions, including parking technology. Previous roles include various leadership positions at Renault Group from 2013 to 2015, focusing on engine tuning, noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) engineering, as well as hardware engineering management for engine performance and aerodynamics. Additionally, Guillaume has served as RCWS system architecture manager at Arquus from July 2017 to May 2021, followed by a position as Hardware Engineering Manager at THALES LAS FRANCE SAS from June 2021 to October 2025.
