Mike LaCosse is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in the technology and agricultural services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hitachi Solutions America, Mike leads a nationwide Dealer Management rollout for a multibillion-dollar agricultural services company, successfully implementing numerous Sales & Operations/Service Management strategies for over 50 dealers. Prior to this role, Mike spent nearly five years at Infor as a Senior Delivery/Operations Manager, where significant contributions included leading the Data Migration Factory and implementing digital transformation initiatives. Mike's earlier experience at CIBER and Midway Games involved managing major Infor migration projects and technical projects, respectively, demonstrating strong project management and relationship-building skills. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
