Josephine Bale is a skilled designer with extensive experience in product design, UX design, and digital media production. Currently serving as Designer in Residence at Academy Xi since February 2021 and as Principal Product Designer and Experience Designer at Hireup since December 2018, Josephine has a solid track record in delivering innovative solutions. Prior experience includes roles as UX Designer and Digital Media Producer at Tigerspike from 2013 to 2018, where Josephine contributed to large-scale projects through a multidisciplinary approach. Josephine also held the position of Associate Producer at Tigerspike from 2010 to 2012. Academically, Josephine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney, along with studies at the University of Tübingen.
