Shervin Radfar is currently a Construction Manager at Hines, overseeing design and construction projects. Previously, they worked as a Superintendent at AvalonBay Communities, managing capital expenditure projects in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Shervin earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they also served as an Applied Research and Digital Fabrication Assistant. They have held various roles in project management and design, including an Architectural Design Intern at Rockwood Design, Inc., and a Project Management Intern at TriMark USA. Prior to their career in construction, Shervin was the owner of a family-owned Subway franchise from 2010 to 2015.
