Julian Cerana, CPA, is currently the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Hines, following roles as Controller and Senior Controller. They gained extensive experience in auditing and assurance during their time at PwC, where they progressed from Assurance Intern to Senior Audit Associate. Prior to these finance roles, Julian worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Memorial and RE/MAX. Julian holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Additionally, they have experience as an Improviser with ComedySportz-Houston.
