Carly Larson currently serves as SVP and Associate General Counsel at hims & hers since May 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in legal counsel within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to this role, Carly was Senior Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included advising on compliance, clinical trial issues, and corporate governance following J&J's acquisition of Actelion. Carly also held the position of Associate Senior Counsel at Actelion Pharmaceuticals, providing legal guidance on fraud and abuse matters and corporate governance. Earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Counsel at Impax Laboratories, where Carly managed commercial contracts and supported M&A activities. Carly's legal career began as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on contract negotiation and compliance with securities laws. Carly holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
