Rebecca Vilim Tripet is a goal-driven sales and event management professional with over 10 years of experience in the meetings and events industry. They managed all aspects of sales and event coordination as a Catering Sales Manager at Five Star Catering by Thomas from 2002 to 2012. Later, they served as Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton from 2015 to 2022, consistently exceeding sales goals by at least 120% and specializing in the corporate and pharmaceutical markets. Rebecca also held roles as Senior Sales Manager and Senior Event Manager, where they effectively managed large-scale events and developed department SOPs. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick in 2004.
