Matt Dowling is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Norfolk “The Main” under Gold Key | PHR since May 2012. Dowling has held several key positions at the same location, including Assistant Director and Director of Restaurants, as well as a Task Force/QA Manager. Additionally, Dowling has been a Regional Train the Trainer for Hilton Hotels and Resorts since March 2016 and has been a certified sommelier with the Guild of Sommeliers since November 2014. In the real estate sector, Dowling has worked as a realtor with Long and Foster Real Estate since January 2014. Before these roles, Dowling gained valuable experience as a Dining Room Supervisor at Great American Restaurants from February 2010 to May 2012. Dowling earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from George Mason University in 2012.
