Majed Al Marry is a hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience in luxury hotels, specializing in operations and customer service. They held various positions at Hilton, including Director of Conference & Events and Duty Manager, from 2012 to 2016. Majed worked as a Hospitality Trainer with the Swiss Hospitality Company from 2019 to 2022, developing training content across multiple departments. They are currently a Food and Drinks Operations Manager at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences and have prior experience as an Operations Manager at Accor and as part of the pre-opening team at Rocco Forte Hotels.
