Michael Hafner is currently serving as the General Manager and Plant Manager at Hilti Group, a position they transitioned into in 2023 after holding similar roles within the company since 2018. They have accumulated extensive experience in operations and lean production, having previously worked as a Consultant at Noventa Consulting AG and in various roles at BMW Group and SGL Carbon. Michael holds a Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing (FH) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, an MBA in General Management & Leadership from the University of St.Gallen, and has completed a Leadership Development program at ESADE Business & Law School.
