Asghar Ali is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hill International, where they lead Project Management Construction Management (PMCM) for the Riyadh Metro Project. With over 26 years of experience, including expertise in contract administration, cost control, and claims management for large-scale infrastructure projects, Asghar has a proven track record in delivering metro rail systems, roads, and water projects. Previously, they held roles at Halcrow International, Parsons, and Bagheri Road Contracting, among others. Currently, Asghar is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Civil Technology at Preston University.
