Prior to their current role, Jay served as a Partner at Atlantic Street Capital and held senior positions at Lighthouse Investment Partners and EACM Advisors, significantly contributing to the evolution of these firms. Jay also has a background in sales and advertising, having led teams at Dun & Bradstreet Hoovers and established offices for various firms. Jay earned their degree from the University of Vermont.
