Kathy Wachter, CFMP, CPPM, is a data-driven marketing leader with a strong commitment to enhancing customer relationships and building brand loyalty. Currently serving as Vice President and Manager of Marketing, Public Relations, and Sales Support at Highland Bank, Kathy develops and executes integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness. Previously, they held senior marketing roles at Alerus and MidCountry Bank, where they managed significant marketing budgets and led cross-functional teams. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and graduated with honors from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
