Ryan Molter has a diverse work experience history. Ryan began their career at Compass Group in 2010 as a Catering Coordinator. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Cook at Williston State College. Ryan then joined First International Bank & Trust in 2013 as a Helpdesk Technician. In 2014, they returned to Williston State College as a Helpdesk Technician, providing first level support and repairing software and hardware. From 2015 to 2017, Ryan served as the Director of Information Technology at Williston State College, managing employees, budgets, and procurement, and contributing to compliance efforts.
