Steve Bailess is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Pre Construction Director at Higgins Partnerships since February 2004, Steve oversees the Bid Management team. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Commercial Manager at Mount Anvil from June 1998 to January 2004, managing the Surveying team. Earlier positions include Senior Contracts Surveyor at Galliford Try Partnerships from April 1994 to June 1998 and Contract Surveyor at Willmott Dixon Housing from 1990 to 1994. Steve holds a degree from Anglia Ruskin University, awarded between 1986 and 1992, and completed secondary education at Brentwood County High School from 1980 to 1986.
