Ryan Collier is currently a Head Start Program Specialist and Regional Budget Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where they manage a regional budget exceeding $1 billion and oversee a portfolio of 17 grantees. Previously, Ryan served as a Grant Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice, managing over 700 grants and enhancing grant management processes. Ryan began their career as a Small Enterprise Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps, where they led community-driven projects and advanced economic empowerment initiatives. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Professional Writing from Old Dominion University and a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University.
