Julie Johnson is a retired transformational leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, program delivery, and customer success. They served as Principal/CEO of Ross Global Academy Charter School and have held senior roles at organizations including DocuSign and Conduent, where they led global teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. They began their career as a teacher at P.S 287 and have since developed and implemented innovative training and consulting programs across various sectors. Julie is currently pursuing degrees in Political Science, Curriculum and Teaching, and Educational Leadership.
