Drew Dubois, CPA, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer at HEXPOL Compounding, where they lead financial reporting, planning, and treasury functions for approximately $1 billion in sales. With extensive experience in the financial sector, including roles as Senior Finance Director and Vice President of Segment Finance at Nordson Corporation, Drew has demonstrated impactful strategic leadership and financial acumen across global business operations. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Toledo. Prior to their current role, Drew worked as a Staff Accountant at FPC International, Inc. from 2003 to 2007.
