Dmitry Dolgorukov is a seasoned tech entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience in the financial software industry. Currently, Dmitry serves as the Co-Founder and CRO at HES Fintech, where they lead the development of innovative solutions for banks and financial institutions across more than 30 countries. Dmitry also co-founded GiniMachine, which focuses on creating advanced scoring models with artificial intelligence to enhance credit decisioning. Previously, they held various sales and marketing positions at Itransition Software. Dmitry earned a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Master's degree in International Economics from Belaruski Dzjaršauny Ekanamièny Universitet.
