Kathrine Thulin is the Sekretariatschef for the velfærdsområdet at Herlev Kommune. They previously held the position of Souschef in the Center for dagtilbud og skole at Herlev Kommune from 2018 to 2023, and served as Stabschef at Hvidovre Kommune from 2004 to 2017, as well as Sekretariatsleder at Faxe Kommune in 2017-2018. Kathrine earned a Cand.merc degree in Human Resources Development from Copenhagen Business School, where they studied from 1995 to 2001.
