Mike Cooke is currently the Group Operations Director at Herd Group, where they leverage their extensive experience in automotive aftersales operations and fleet management. Previously, they held various managerial roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Citroën UK Ltd, building a strong track record in national and strategic account management. Mike has also served in leadership positions at FleetEurope plc and Knowl Hill Garage. They obtained IMI Management Accreditation in Management Competence and Management Knowledge from East Berkshire College.
