Ersel Oymak is a seasoned leader in innovation and technology with over 35 years of international experience in strategic business development, digital transformation, and industry partnerships. Currently, Ersel serves as Regional Sales Director for UKI & EMEA at Hepapi and holds advisory roles with several organizations including Giga Venture and OktoPeople. Previously, Ersel was involved in significant leadership positions at UCL, where they led transformational partnerships during the largest campus expansion in the university's history. Ersel has also had a distinguished tenure at Cisco, where they spearheaded numerous co-innovation initiatives and delivered substantial business impact. With advanced degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Ersel is fluent in English and Turkish and is proficient in Spanish and Hungarian.
