Dieter Esser is an experienced project manager currently serving as the In-Service Project Manager for Airborne Radar and Coordinator for the TOR Service Programme at HENSOLDT since April 2021. Previously, Dieter held various key roles at Airbus from 2002 to 2021, including Team Leader for A400M Finance & Controlling and Head of A380 Industrial Support and Cost Management. Dieter's extensive background also includes project management for cabin items at Stükerjürgen Aerospace Composites GmbH and design engineering at Airbus in the early 1990s. Dieter began his career in the German Navy as a Sonar Operator and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Aeronautical Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, along with a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur from Hochschule Bielefeld.
