Marco Polo Salcedo is an experienced HR leader with a diverse background in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Country Head of HR at Henkel, they previously held roles at companies such as Schneider Electric, HP, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Over the years, they cultivated expertise in business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations through various positions including HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. Marco received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA and pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at De La Salle University.
