Alexander Buesgen has a robust background in project management and innovation within the automotive adhesives sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of Innovation Portfolio & Project Management for Adhesive Automotive Components at Henkel since January 2025, Alexander is responsible for driving innovation projects in this field. Prior roles included Head of Innovation Portfolio & Project Management EIMEA at Henkel and various positions at TE Connectivity, where project management responsibilities spanned from junior to managerial levels. Alexander's career began as a Sales Engineer at KEYENCE CORPORATION. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschafts-informatik and a Master of Science in Business Management, both from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
