Feroz Omar is an experienced bioinformatics professional with a strong background in data analysis and management in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Bioinformatics at Hematogenix since August 2019, Feroz has previously held positions including Director of Analytics and Technical Operations at Clearbridge Medical Group, where responsibilities encompassed operational management of a diagnostics laboratory and financial preparation. Feroz's earlier experience includes serving as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Clearbridge Health Pte Ltd and Insight Medica Pte Ltd, with a focus on data strategy, product development, and project management. At the National University of Singapore, Feroz played a pivotal role as a Bioinformatician in the Cancer Science Institute, leading a team in analyzing complex datasets and managing multiple research projects. Educational credentials include a PhD in Bioinformatics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Flinders University.
