Claudia Erni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Management Partner & Alternative Distributionskanäle at Helvetia Baloise Group since December 2025, Claudia previously held various leadership roles at Baloise CH focused on sales management and development. Additionally, Claudia is a Board Member at MOVU and served as Managing Director Switzerland at Investors Marketing GmbH, where emphasis was placed on business model innovation and digital transformation. Claudia's consultancy experience includes positions at Gsponer. Partners AG, where expertise in growth management and operating model innovation was applied, and earlier roles in digital marketing at Manor AG and Teads. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bern and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of Basel, complemented by executive education at Columbia Business School.
