Ann Wells currently serves as the Chief Medical and Safety Officer at Help at Home since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ann held multiple leadership positions at InnovAge from April 2019 to September 2025, including Chief Quality and Population Health Officer and Interim Chief Medical Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical care initiatives and driving quality improvements for the PACE program. Ann's previous experience includes serving as Executive Director of Population Health at Colorado Permanente Medical Group from 2002 to 2019, leading a team of 190 healthcare professionals, as well as working as an Internal Medicine Physician. Ann also has a background in the United States Air Force as a Major and Attending Physician. Ann earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brown University.
