Carlo Gasparri Zezza currently serves as the Director of Special Operations at HelloFresh, a role held since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading the development of the HelloFresh supply chain in new regions and implementing best practices for scalable operations. With previous roles at HelloFresh dating back to 2016, Carlo has extensive experience in business development, operations, and procurement across multiple geographical expansions and projects. Prior to HelloFresh, Carlo was the Country Manager for Italy at Emma – The Sleep Company, focusing on team development and profitability. Carlo began a professional career at Burger King Corporation as a Senior Analyst in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from Esade and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Luiss Business School.
