Adrianne Meredith is an Operations Associate at Alma since July 2022, previously holding the position of Technical Support Specialist at Percepta from March 2021 to July 2022 and at Sutherland from February 2020 to February 2021. During time at Sutherland, Adrianne produced consistently high-quality scores on customer surveys and served as a team liaison for complex issues. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at A + Academics, where responsibilities included organizing a weekly newsletter and managing the company's social media presence.
