Carsten Kramer has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, with more than 15 years in electronics. They currently serve as VP of Key Accounts & Business Development at Heller Industries. Previously, Carsten held positions such as Managing Director EMEA at Despatch Industries and Director Asia at Rehm Thermal Systems GmbH. Carsten's early career included roles at FIAT Group, where they worked as a Prototype Development Engineer and Production Line Manager. They hold a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and an MSc in Technology Management from South Bank University.
