Olav Strand has extensive experience in project and engineering roles within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer at Helix Energy Solutions Group since February 2014, responsibilities include planning and implementing procedures for various operations on Light Well Intervention vessels. Previous experience includes a position as Field Specialist III - Cementing at Baker Hughes from June 2011 to January 2014, where oversight of cementing operations in the Norwegian sector was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Olav Strand worked at Halliburton from April 2007 to June 2011, starting as a trainee and advancing to Service Supervisor II.
